PledgeManager allows you to update your shipping address until the project is locked for shipping. To update your address, login to PledgeManager and click on the project, and follow the prompts to unlock your order and/or change your address.
I completed the survey/order but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?[More help with this question]
Most projects include rewards that have not yet been manufactured. PledgeManager assists projects with efficiently gathering the data required to make the correct number of reward components in the right sizes, colors and/or quantities. For more information about the delivery status of your order, please check the project's Kickstarter/Indiegogo page.

Login to PledgeManager. From you’re my PledgeManager dashboard, you will be able to see what you ordered and where you have it being delivered for each project.
Can I get multiple copies of a reward?[More help with this question]
Reward limits are set individually for each project. If multiple copies of a reward are available, they will be listed as an item on the add-ons page.
